Hotel/Motel Management Couple in HOBART, Tasmania

We are a mature, married couple, open to offers from Tasmanian Hotel/Motel and/or Resort owners who are looking for an experienced couple, to live-in, and manage all facets of their business, commencing early 2012.
Our skills extend to cooking Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, and other related catering requirements, all aspects of bar service, and the day to day requirements of maintaining all operations of the business including, but not limited to regular maintenance of grounds, gardens, pool, premises, plant and equipment.
We also have extensive people management experience, and are well versed in various marketing and sales endeavours as applicable to the hospitality industry.
We are currently managing a 100 bed location in Outback NSW, our contract culminating end of 2011.
